The houses are constructed of concrete block with k-rend plastering, timber truss roofs and concrete tiled roofs. The internal works included joinery, fitted kitchens and wardrobes with all associated mechanical and electrical installations completed. External works included car parks, new site entrance, service roads, storm water pipe works and attenuation area, utility connections and soft and hard landscaping.
