Construction at Ballyduff National School
Suirside Construction Ltd completed a new single classroom extension to the north of the c.119m2 on the grounds of the existing school
Classroom Extension
With an ever expanding school, the Ballyduff extension consisted of one single story classroom extension with en-suite wheelchair accessible bathroom and adjoining corridor. Working with Mary Harrington Architects it was fully completed in May 2021. The electrical work involved re-routing floor boxes to accommodate the new furniture layout, installing hanging lights, and adding power outlets. Plumbing was also reworked, including the rerouting of hot, cold, and wastewater lines to serve the newly designed kitchen, and the decommissioning of the old sink.
All work was carried out to high specifications.
Classroom Extension
Comprising of 1 single story classroom with en-suite wheelchair accessible bathroom and adjoining corridor extension. Together with ancillary accommodations and site works. All works were carried out during a live school environment. All works were carried out during a live school environment, of which were completed to a tight schedule and a quality finish.
