We have recently handed over the IDA’s newly refurbished Waterford office situated within the Waterford Industrial Estate in Waterford City
This project consisted of an internal fitout of a two storey structure that was originally constructed in the 1970’s. Our own works entailed specialist construction and fit-out works such as asbestos removal, Hunter Douglas acoustic ceiling panels, internal partition glazing to form private meeting rooms, acoustic fabrics, vinyl herringbone flooring, external aluminium windows & doors, and sustainable plywood fitted furniture to name but a few.
The new office serves as a benchmark and steer future development undertaken by the IDA. Thank you to our sub-contractors for their work on transforming this building into a modern working environment, and to the design team of Ciarán Ferrie Architects , Bolger Quantity Surveying & Conlon Engineering LTD.
